1. Overview and Acceptance

Licensed advisors are independent professionals and are responsible for their own advice, recommendations, disclosures, and compliance obligations. Any engagement with a licensed advisor is between you and that advisor (and/or their brokerage), subject to their own terms, disclosures, and privacy practices.

Quotes shown through SmartLife Quotes™ are for informational purposes only. Actual premiums, availability, and eligibility are subject to underwriting, insurer rules, and the information provided during an application. The final terms of any insurance product are determined by the insurer and the issued policy contract. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, coverage, or a specific premium.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Site or Services will be limited to the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to us (if any) for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.
